There wasn't anything to actually hide from in the way of being scared of what adults were talking about as a child like Ivy had to go through, but whenever I got scared after watching a tv program about criminals who needed to be caught and getting scared they might come to our house, I would go into the room where everyone else was sleeping in their beds and hide under the desk with a pillow and a bunch of stuffed animals or sleep on the floor next to their bed, which wasn't a good idea cause was told, "I nearly stepped on you when I got up" so coulda been accidently squashed, haha. For fun I would go inside cubby houses or tents and read, as a special little nook, sometimes my friends would go in there too and it would be like a cave. Sometimes I would play cave explorer under the bed. Sometimes played spaceperson inside a big cardboard box and pretend it was a spaceship, draw controls on the inside and try to close the lid. Once a friend was over at the house and we took all the stuff out from my clothes/other stuff wardrobe and put it under the table and hid inside the wardrobe closing the door so she wouldn't have to go home, as if that would work, hahaha. Everyone came into the room and saw all the stuff from inside the cupboard spilling out from under the table really obvious and saying, "What's going on here?". That was funny.
